About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead Virtual Assistant to oversee daily operations for our growing credit repair company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in credit-repair workflows.
You’ll manage a team of 5 virtual assistants, ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, handle customer service calls, and work directly with the credit bureaus and creditors to help clients remove inaccurate items from their reports.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 5 VAs
• Assign tasks, track productivity, and maintain accountability
• Create performance reports and ensure deadlines are met
• Help improve processes, workflows, and SOPs
Client Onboarding
• Guide new clients through signup and document collection
• Ensure credit monitoring and dispute authorizations are set up correctly
• Review files for accuracy before disputes are sent
Customer Service
• Make outbound and inbound calls to clients
• Provide status updates, timelines, and support
• Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
Credit Bureau & Creditor Communication
• Call Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and creditors when needed
• Follow dispute strategies and escalation procedures
• Document communications and outcomes clearly in the CRM

Required Qualifications
• Direct experience using Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
• Direct experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• 1–2+ years in credit repair, financial services, or CRM-based operations
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience
• Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and credit bureaus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
• Understanding of credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.)
• Experience training or documenting processes for teams
• Professional customer-service background
• Data entry accuracy and task management skills
