JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a U.S.-based CPA firm looking for a tax professional with strong QuickBooks and Lacerte skills to join our remote team. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing U.S. individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns while supporting bookkeeping and compliance workflows.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and review U.S. tax returns using Lacerte
Manage bookkeeping and reconciliations in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)
Assist with tax planning, projections, and compliance tasks
Communicate with U.S.-based CPAs and clients professionally

What You Need:

3+ years of U.S. tax experience (CPA preferred)
Proficient in QuickBooks and Lacerte
Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state tax codes
Detail-oriented, organized, and independent
Excellent English communication skills
