JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Get Results Fast Inc. is a U.S.-based company operating on U.S. Eastern Time. We provide tax and financial services to U.S. clients and are seeking a professional Tax Client Coordinator to join our Philippines-based remote team.
This is a long-term part-time opportunity for someone who communicates well, follows through, stays organized, and is comfortable speaking with U.S. clients every day.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Keep tax clients moving through our process so the tax preparer can focus on preparing and reviewing tax returns.
This is a client-facing position. Regular telephone communication with U.S. clients is an important part of the job.
You will help clients through the administrative side of the tax process, follow up for missing information, maintain accurate client records, and make sure assigned issues are followed through to completion.
This is not a tax preparer position.
You will not be expected to calculate taxes, provide tax advice, or independently make tax decisions.
Training will be provided on our procedures and systems.

LOCATION PREFERENCE
Cebu City / Metro Cebu applicants are preferred.
Applicants from other areas of the Philippines are also encouraged to apply.
This is currently a work-from-home position. Our business is developing operations in Cebu, and there may be opportunities for occasional in-person meetings, training, and expanded responsibilities in the future.
Location will not outweigh qualifications. Strong candidates from anywhere in the Philippines will be considered.

SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday
- 4 hours per day
- 20 hours per week
- 10:00 AM–2:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
- Schedule must remain consistent
- Availability during scheduled working hours is required
- Paid training begins before tax season
- Peak tax season is January–April

Please note: This position follows U.S. Eastern Time and therefore requires overnight working hours in the Philippines.
Applicants must be able to consistently follow the U.S. Eastern Time schedule throughout the year, including U.S. daylight-saving time changes.
There may be opportunities for increased hours during peak periods and continued part-time work after tax season based on performance and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound client calls
- Make daily outbound follow-up calls
- Monitor and respond to routine client emails
- Follow up for missing tax documents and information
- Help clients access and use our secure client portal
- Confirm receipt of uploaded documents
- Identify administratively incomplete client files
- Maintain accurate client information in our CRM
- Update client status and next action
- Maintain detailed notes after client communications
- Keep the tax preparation queue organized
- Follow up on electronic signatures
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Provide routine status updates to clients
- Follow established checklists and procedures
- Escalate tax questions and unusual situations
- Follow assigned client issues through to completion
- Provide concise daily progress updates
An important part of this position is closing the loop.
Sending an email does not always mean a task is complete.
Good follow-through may require calling the client, documenting the response, updating the CRM, scheduling the next action, and escalating the matter when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong spoken English
- Strong written English
- Professional and confident telephone presence
- Experience communicating with U.S. customers or clients
- Comfortable making outbound calls every workday
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable computer suitable for remote work
- Reliable primary internet connection
- Backup internet connection
- Professional headset
- Quiet, professional work-from-home environment suitable for client calls
- Ability to consistently work the required U.S. Eastern Time schedule
A dual-monitor workstation is strongly preferred.
A reliable backup power solution is strongly preferred.
Experience working with U.S. businesses is preferred.
Experience with a U.S. tax, accounting, bookkeeping, mortgage, real estate, or financial-services company is a plus.
Experience with Drake Tax, SecureFilePro, AllClients, or similar systems is helpful but not required.

HOW WE WORK
We value reliability and accuracy over speed.
We are looking for someone who follows established procedures, maintains good documentation, communicates clearly, and follows tasks through to completion.
When a client asks a tax question or something falls outside your responsibility:
Do not guess.
Document the issue and request guidance.
The tax preparer remains responsible for tax preparation, tax decisions, and final review.
COMPENSATION

PHP 22,000–25,000 per month
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Paid twice monthly through Wise
- Paid training
- Potential for additional hours during peak periods
- Opportunity for continued work and increased responsibilities based on performance and business needs

Then complete the following scenario:
You are calling a client of our tax firm named Michael.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND A LONG COVER LETTER
We are more interested in your experience, answers, ability to follow instructions, communication skills, and audio sample.
