About the Role

We’re looking for four creative, internet-native video editors who know how to turn a script and voiceover into a story people cannot stop watching.

You’ll create polished **3–5-minute, 9:16 videos for Snapchat**, taking ownership of the edit from beginning to end. That means finding the strongest visual assets online, building the story, creating an immediate hook, and using pacing, subtitles, motion graphics, music, and sound design to maintain attention.

This is the role for a talented visual storyteller looking for their next big challenge.

With the support of our Managing Director, you’ll choose a content niche—such as celebrities, sports, hip-hop, crime or influencers—and become our in-house expert on what performs within that space.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create daily Snapchat stories

* Edit and deliver one high-quality 3–5-minute vertical video each working day.
* Turn a finished script and AI voiceover into a clear, fast-moving visual story.
* Source strong online assets and combine them with captions, graphics, music, motion and sound design.

Own a specialist content niche

* Choose and align on a niche with the Managing Director.
* Learn the important personalities, stories, audiences and formats within that niche.
* Develop a strong instinct for the hooks, visuals and editing styles that perform best.

Keep improving the content

* Test new formats, pacing styles, visual treatments and storytelling techniques.
* Use feedback and performance insights to improve each new video.
* Help make our editing workflow faster, smarter and more consistent.

Work closely with the team

* Attend the daily team stand-up call.
* Remain available and responsive across most of the UK workday.
* Complete revisions quickly and consistently meet daily deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous short-form video editing experience is required.
* Strong hands-on experience with both Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
* A portfolio demonstrating vertical editing, strong pacing and clear visual storytelling.
* A strong understanding of hooks, viewer retention, captions and sound design.
* Good judgement when researching and selecting online visual assets.
* Strong English comprehension, attention to detail and remote communication skills.
* The ability to learn quickly, respond positively to feedback and take ownership of your work.
