Talent Sourcer (Remote – For Property Management) ASAP
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate company managing a large multi-state portfolio. We are currently building a strong team and systems to support our continued growth, and we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to help us hire top talent.
This is not an admin role. We are looking for someone who can actively source, screen, and deliver high-quality candidates—not just post job ads. All the applicants you will look will be related to Property Management roles both US onsite and Remote position
Qualifications
Must have experience recruiting on-site US-based candidates
Preferabbly (e.g., property management roles like property managers, maintenance staff).
Proven experience in remote recruitment (Philippines or global).
Strong experience sourcing candidates from:
OnlineJobs.ph (OLJ)
Indeed
LinkedIn
Preferrably with experience hiring for property management roles (remote) such as:
Customer Support
Marketing / Leasing
Operations / Admin
Key Skills Required
Ability to source 20–50 candidates per role.
Strong screening and filtering skills (not just sending resumes).
Excellent organization and tracking (Google Sheets or ATS).
Clear English communication (written and verbal).
Fast response time and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Post job ads and source candidates daily.
Screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with management.
Maintain a structured hiring tracker.
Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
What We Do Not Want
Sending unqualified or random candidates.
Slow communication or missed follow-ups.
Lack of organization or tracking system.
Compensation
$800 – $1,200/month (based on experience and performance)
Opportunity for growth as the company expands
Note: We accept candidates with existing clients as long as they can manage multiple roles effectively.
