We are seeking for a Specialist, Talent Recruitment in the Property Care / Field Services industry.
We are looking for a high-energy recruiter who can quickly find, screen, and schedule field workers across multiple markets. In simple terms — your job is to make sure our branches are never short-staffed.
This is a high-volume recruiting role. You will actively search for technicians, crew members, and field supervisors — not wait for them to apply. If you enjoy sourcing candidates, moving fast, and treating recruiting like sales, this role is for you.
Bilingual English & Spanish is required.
What You’ll Really Be Doing:
Sourcing (Finding Candidates)
Generate 50+ new candidate leads per day using Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist,
Proactively message, call, or text candidates to spark interest.
Build a strong pipeline for every open role.
Screening (Qualifying Candidates)
Review resumes quickly.
Conduct phone or text screenings within 2 hours of application.
Confirm basic qualifications (Driver’s License, location, experience).
Only pass qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Interview Scheduling
Schedule interviews for Market Managers and Supervisors.
Send calendar invites and confirmations.
Follow up 24 hours before interviews to reduce no-shows.
Onboarding Support
Collect required documents (I-9, Direct Deposit, Licenses, etc.).
Ensure new hire paperwork is complete before Day 1.
Maintain organized digital employee files.
System & Database Management
Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Properly tag candidates (Hired, Rejected, Future Interest).
Keep recruiting data clean and accurate.
What Success Looks Like:
Field roles filled within 7 days.
Daily sourcing targets consistently achieved.
At least 20% of screened candidates move to interview stage.
80%+ interview show-up rate.
100% complete and compliant new hire paperwork.
What We’re Really Looking For:
5+ years of high-volume recruiting or staffing experience.
Experience recruiting for landscaping, janitorial, construction, HVAC, pest control, or similar field roles is a plus.
Strong “hunter” mindset — you actively search and pursue candidates.
Comfortable cold-calling and texting applicants.
Experience using ATS systems, job boards, and scheduling tools.
Highly organized — able to manage 20+ open roles at once.
Strong follow-up skills — you don’t let candidates disappear.
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
