About the Role
As our Talent Promoter & Booking Coordinator, you are a core founding member of Marionna’s team. Working closely one-on-one, your mission is simple: help build her foundation, get Marionna booked on stages, and develop her digital fanbase. This role combines creative content collaboration, building our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM pipelines, and handling outbound booking outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Bookings & Outbound Sales (50%): Research and build target lists of US-based music venues, festivals, and college event boards. You will actively reach out via email and phone to pitch Marionna and lock in her initial paid performance contracts.

Social Media & Fan Engagement: Collaborate on building, scheduling, and posting content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using pre-made assets and basic tools like Canva/CapCut.

Email Marketing & CRM: Set up and manage our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, build our pipeline stages, and dispatch regular newsletters to early fans and industry contacts.

General Admin & Support: Keep tour and rehearsal calendars organized, ensure the Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is always client-ready, and act as a proactive sounding board for career growth ideas.

What We Are Looking For
Confident Spoken English: You must have a clear, professional speaking voice for phone outreach to US clients.

Partnership Mindset: Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and genuinely excited to roll up their sleeves and build an artist's career from the ground up.

Sales or Outreach Comfort: Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation where you aren't afraid to pick up the phone.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Workspace, and basic graphic/video tools (Canva/CapCut).

Reliability: A quiet home office, a noise-conceling headset, and a stable high-speed fiber internet connection.
