ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will be the dedicated support person for O-1 visa talent candidates registered on O1DMatch. International professionals — researchers, engineers, athletes, artists, entrepreneurs — sign up on our platform and need a real human to guide them through the process. Your job is to onboard new candidates, help them complete their profiles, walk them through uploading their evidence documents, explain their AI-generated O-1 score, and coach them step by step from sign-up through receiving and signing an employer interest letter. You are their guide, their advocate, and their main point of contact inside the company. This role requires empathy, patience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY
•Welcome new talent candidates who sign up on O1DMatch and guide them through the onboarding process
•Help candidates understand how to complete their profile and what information to include
•Walk candidates through uploading evidence documents — awards, publications, memberships, press coverage — to the correct O-1 criteria categories
•Explain their AI-generated O-1 eligibility score and what it means for their visa case
•Keep candidates updated on the status of employer outreach being done on their behalf
•Help candidates review, accept, and sign interest letters received from employers
•Guide candidates on next steps after receiving a letter, including connecting with immigration attorneys through the platform
•Handle candidate questions via
•Maintain detailed notes on each candidate's progress in the CRM system
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•Excellent written and spoken English with a warm, professional tone
•Strong empathy and patience — your clients are navigating a stressful, high-stakes immigration process
•Ability to explain complex processes like visa criteria and document requirements in plain, simple language
•Highly organized — you will manage many active candidates at different stages at the same time
•Experience in customer success, client support, account management, or similar roles
•Comfortable with video calls for onboarding and regular check-in sessions
•Familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools
NICE TO HAVE
•Experience working with international clients or professionals from different cultural backgrounds
•Background in immigration support, legal assistance, or HR
•Basic knowledge of US visa categories, especially O-1, EB-1, or H-1B
IMPORTANT NOTE
This role involves regular video and voice calls with international clients. Strong spoken English is essential.
