JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized Lead Research Specialist to build international databases of professional talent, freelancers, companies, brands and potential business clients.

This is a research-only position. You will receive specific daily categories, industries and markets and must deliver accurate, verified and properly organized leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research professional talent, freelancers, specialists, companies and brands
• Search LinkedIn, Google, professional portfolios, company websites and relevant public platforms
• Verify that every person or company matches the assigned market and category
• Find a valid publicly available professional or business email
• Provide the direct public source URL for the contact information
• Enter all information accurately into Google Sheets
• Check existing lists and remove duplicates
• Submit complete daily progress reports by 6:00 PM PHT

DAILY TARGET
You must be able to deliver 300 unique and qualified leads per working day.

Every qualified lead must include the person or company name, role or business category, country and city where available, LinkedIn/portfolio/official website URL, valid public professional or business email, direct source URL for the email, relevant qualification notes, all required spreadsheet fields and no duplicates.

Private profiles, irrelevant contacts, inactive businesses, guessed emails, fabricated information, AI-generated databases and unverifiable leads do not count.

WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine Time
• 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
• Daily Google Sheet submission by 6:00 PM PHT

COMPENSATION
• $750 USD per month
• Payments every two weeks
• Initial paid trial period
• Long-term position for reliable researchers

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in lead generation, market research or recruitment research
• Strong Google and LinkedIn research skills
• Experience researching talent, freelancers, companies or decision-makers
• Excellent attention to detail and Google Sheets skills
• Ability to verify emails and contact sources
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Good written English communication

HOW TO APPLY

Every sample must contain all required fields and a publicly verifiable email source. Applications without complete sample leads will not be considered.
