Who We Are Looking For
We are an expanding, multi-state logistics and healthcare transportation organization looking for a rare breed of talent professional: an articulate, engaging communicator who also has the analytical discipline of an auditor.
Most recruiters fall into one of two traps: they are either great talkers who get sloppy with data and let unqualified people slip through, or they are organized admins who sound robotic and uncomfortable leading a live conversation.
We need the complete package:
The "I" (Influence): Exceptional, natural, near-native English spoken fluency. You possess natural warmth, conversational confidence, and the ability to represent our executive brand and get top performers excited.
The "C" (Conscientiousness): Uncompromising standards. You do not give "sympathy passes." If an applicant fails to follow instructions, skims a requirement, or cuts a corner, you spot it immediately and disqualify them without hesitation.
If you love connecting with people but take genuine pride in clean data, strict gatekeeping, and flawless execution of standard operating procedures, this role was built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Live Candidate Screening: Conduct high-volume phone and video screening calls, evaluating communication clarity, cultural alignment, critical thinking, and technical qualifications.
Strict Gatekeeping & Compliance: Verify that 100% of candidate prerequisites (assessments, work samples, video introductions, reference checks) are completed to specification before advancing anyone to final leadership interviews.
Proactive Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, engage, and pipeline passive candidates across multiple platforms and channels.
Scorecards & ATS Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time documentation, interview scorecards, and candidate notes within our tracking systems—zero missing fields, zero guesswork.
Process Enforcement: Continuously refine screening rubrics and communication templates to improve hiring velocity without compromising quality standards.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Near-Native Spoken English: Flawless pronunciation, clear diction, and natural cadence. You will be speaking daily with candidates across the United States.
High Attention to Detail: You catch inconsistencies in resumes, spot red flags in candidate demeanor, and follow instructions to the letter.
Assertive & Objective: You are comfortable keeping interviews on track, redirecting rambling candidates, and making firm, objective disqualification decisions.
Technical & Home Setup: High-speed, stable internet (with active power/connection backup), a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
How to Apply (Strict Instructions — Read Carefully)
We evaluate your ability to follow instructions from the moment you apply. Applications that omit any of the following items will be immediately rejected:
Subject Line: Use the exact subject line: Talent Specialist Application - [Your Full Name]
Resume / CV: Attach or link your updated resume.
Mandatory 90–120 Second Video Introduction: Record a clear video (Loom, Google Drive, or YouTube unlisted) covering:
A brief introduction of yourself and your recruitment background.
How you balance being warm and engaging with candidates while remaining strict about disqualifying those who don’t follow instructions.
One example of a subtle red flag you caught during a screening call that others might have missed.
(Ensure video links have permissions set to "Anyone with the link can view.")
We look forward to reviewing complete and properly submitted applications!
