Job Type: Contractual (engaged as a remote contractor with ScalingCraft Solutions FZCO)
Working Hours: Overlapping with our recruitment team in India (IST, 2.5 hours behind Philippine time)
Device Policy: BYOD (your own laptop and a stable internet connection)
Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end hiring for our IT and digital roles across ScalingCraft and our sister agency WebIndia, including developers, data, designers, video editors and digital marketing profiles. We hire from India, the Philippines and other remote markets, so you will work with candidates across countries and time zones. This is a remote, contractual role with a BYOD policy, for a recruiter who can manage multiple open positions at the same time and close them with the right people, with minimal supervision. It is a fast-paced and challenging role, best suited to someone who takes ownership of every position they work on.

Roles and Responsibilities
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from understanding the requirement to the candidate’s joining.
Work with hiring managers to understand each open position, the skills it needs and the expected closing timeline.
Write and post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, OnlineJobs.ph and Naukri, and keep every post active and relevant.
Source candidates proactively through job portals, LinkedIn searches, referrals and professional networks, building a steady pipeline for every open role.
Screen CVs and conduct screening calls to assess skills, relevant experience, availability and salary expectations.
Schedule technical interviews and practical assignments across time zones, collect feedback from the hiring team and keep candidates updated at every stage.
Manage offer discussions, close candidates and follow up until they join.
Maintain candidate records and hiring status in Zoho Recruit and recruitment trackers, and share regular status updates with the team.
Build a ready pipeline of candidates for the roles we hire for often, so new requirements can be closed faster.
Must-Have Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Proven experience hiring for IT profiles such as developers, data, design or creative roles.
Hands-on sourcing experience on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph or other job portals.
Working experience with an ATS or recruitment CRM to track candidates and hiring stages.
Good communication skills in English, spoken and written, with the confidence to speak with candidates and hiring managers every day.
Ability to handle multiple open positions at the same time and close them within timelines.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of open positions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work on a contractual basis, remotely, using a personal device (BYOD), during hours that overlap with our team in India.


Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of hiring for digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or Zoho CRM.
Experience hiring for a digital agency or IT services company.
Experience hiring candidates in India or for international remote teams, for example through Naukri or LinkedIn.
Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity for sourcing, screening questions, job posts and reporting.
An automation mindset: you look for ways to automate repetitive recruitment work such as follow-ups, interview scheduling and tracker updates.
