Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct structured phone screens, evaluate candidate qualifications, and prepare detailed candidate assessment summaries to support the recruitment process.
- Create and organize recruiting folders, files, and supporting documentation using established standards.
- Prepare recruiting materials, including interview guides, recruiting packets, and other administrative documents.
- Create recruiting graphics and job-related social media content using approved branding and templates.
- Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and file organization to ensure consistency across all positions.
- Support recruiting projects, including large-scale position description updates and document standardization initiatives.
- Send post-hire and post-search surveys and maintain survey tracking.
- Update recruiting trackers, logs, and administrative records to support reporting and workflow management.
- Perform quality checks to ensure recruiting documents follow established formatting, naming, and organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by completing other recurring, process-driven tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, Administrative - - -- Support, or a similar operations-focused role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (professional level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes and standards.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.
- Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company.
- Experience creating professional documents, presentations, graphics, or social media content using Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, project management software, or document management systems.
- Experience supporting recruiting or HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
