About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR professional based in the Philippines to lead our recruitment and people development efforts. You will be the first point of contact for new talent, managing the entire journey from the initial interview to the final hiring stage and assisting in their early training.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, online jobs, and
Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews to ensure candidates fit our culture and the "Funding Coordinator" role.
Hiring & Onboarding: Manage job offers, contract signings, and the collection of pre-employment documents.
Training Support: Assist in the delivery of training modules, ensuring new hires understand our funding options and client communication standards.
Performance Monitoring: Check in with new hires during their first
Requirements
Experience: 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in Recruitment. (BPO experience is a plus).
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Skills: Strong "gut feel" for talent, organized, and familiar with Philippine labor standards.
Retention Bonus: USD 12.50 for every successful hire who completes their first full month (30 days) of employment.
