JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
Third Space is looking for a highly engaging and technically capable Healthcare Provider Onboarding Specialist to onboard and support clinicians.
The specialist will conduct 2–3 hour live onboarding sessions, including preparation before each session and follow-up afterward. This role will directly interact with hundreds of clinicians, so communication, professionalism, confidence, technical ability, and energy must be exceptionally strong.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct live onboarding sessions for clinicians and healthcare providers.
Lead 2–3 hour onboarding calls and maintain strong engagement throughout the entire session.
Share screen and walk clinicians through company guidelines, policies, procedures, and workflows.
Train clinicians on Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Guide providers through payroll and timesheet systems such as Rippling, Gusto, or similar platforms.
Complete required onboarding preparation before calls and setup/follow-up after each session.
Assist providers with scheduling, credentialing, healthcare workflows, and operational questions.
Provide support related to areas such as credentialing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), scheduling, and provider support.
Troubleshoot basic technical and platform-related issues during onboarding.
Maintain a professional, positive, and engaging experience for large groups of clinicians.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong presentation, training, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Great energy and presence to keep a large cohort of clinicians engaged throughout long onboarding calls.
Comfortable speaking to and managing large groups during 2–3 hour sessions.
Previous experience in healthcare operations, provider support, clinician onboarding, training, or a related role.
Working knowledge of:
Credentialing
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Healthcare scheduling
Provider support
Experience using or supporting EHR systems.
Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems, ideally Rippling; Gusto or similar systems are acceptable.
Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn and explain different platforms.
Familiarity with:
Google Workspace
Notion
Airtable
EHR platforms
Payroll and timekeeping systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage onboarding preparation, live sessions, and post-call follow-up.
Comfortable directly interacting with and supporting hundreds of clinicians.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who combines healthcare knowledge, provider onboarding experience, technical confidence, excellent communication, and strong facilitation skills.
The ideal candidate should have the personality and energy to keep a large group engaged for several hours while confidently explaining healthcare processes, policies, and technical systems.
