JOB OVERVIEW

WE ARE HIRING: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Part-Time and can potentially become full time eventually.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven **Technical Project Manager** to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple technology development projects.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and proven experience managing software developers, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

*** Key Responsibilities ***

- Manage multiple software development projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, and technical teams.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
- Monitor development progress and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide bi-weekly executive status reports.
- Identify technical blockers, project risks, and delays.
- Manage project documentation, testing, and quality assurance coordination.
- Ensure development activities remain aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate technical progress clearly to executive leadership.

*** Qualifications

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in technical project management, software development projects, or IT project delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing web-based platforms, SaaS applications, or enterprise software projects.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and software integrations.
- Proficiency with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating directly with founders, executives, and development teams.

*** Preferred Qualifications

- Background in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related fields.
- Experience managing MVP development and product launches.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or enterprise applications.
- Experience coordinating distributed or offshore development teams.
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is an advantage.

*** Engagement Details

**Position:** Technical Project Manager
**Schedule:** Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week
**Reporting:** Directly to executive leadership
**Compensation:** Competitive, based on qualifications and experience
