We are hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant who fully understands the technical side of social media advertising and automation .... not a content poster.
You will manage Meta
If you have never configured Custom Audiences, Conversion API, or UTM tracking, this role is not for you.
+**Your Key Responsibilities***
Create, manage, and
Set up retargeting for website visitors, engaged users, and abandoned leads.
Configure and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and event tracking
Build and manage custom & lookalike audiences.
Run and monitor A/B tests (creative, audience, placement)
Use UTM links and Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance attribution.
Create campaign visuals and ad creatives in Canva (high standard only)
Schedule and automate posts using Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio
Manage Mailchimp automations (retarget warm leads, build drip campaigns)
Generate weekly performance reports showing ROI, CTR, and conversions.
Required Technical Skills
* Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, pixel, and conversion events)
* Confident using LinkedIn Campaign Manager (insight tags, audience targeting)
* Experience building retargeting funnels and lookalike audiences
* Understanding of Conversion API, tracking IDs, and data attribution
* Canva design skills for professional ad creatives
* Automation experience (Mailchimp, Zapier, or similar)
* Excellent written English and communication
Bonus Skills
*** Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
*** Knowledge of ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or CRM lead sync
*** Understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel optimisation
