JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a Tech & AI Systems Specialist for my Fitness Coaching Business

I am looking for a highly skilled Tech & AI Systems Specialist to join my team my team to build, manage, and optimize the backend infrastructure of a fast-growing online fitness coaching business. This role is responsible for creating automated systems that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and convert them into high-ticket clients.
You will play a critical role in scaling operations through platforms like GoHighLevel, email marketing systems, funnels, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities have for you will be
Systems & Automation
Build and manage backend systems using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM platforms)
Create and optimize automated workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, onboarding)
Implement AI tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability
Ensure all systems run smoothly with minimal manual input and have to have knowledge with automation tools

Funnels & Lead Generation
Design and build high-converting funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, sales pages)
Optimize funnel performance based on data (CTR, conversion rates, drop-offs)
Set up tracking systems to monitor lead behavior and performance metrics

Email
Marketing & Communication
Create and manage email sequences (welcome flows, nurture campaigns, promotions)
Segment audiences for better targeting and personalization
Improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement

Webinars & Sales Systems
Build and manage automated and live webinar funnels
Integrate webinar systems into the sales pipeline
Optimize webinar performance for maximum conversions

Lead Management & Qualification
Track and organize all incoming leads through CRM systems
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (high-ticket vs low-ticket)
Prioritize and route high-ticket leads to closers
Ensure seamless booking systems for sales calls

Sales Pipeline Optimization
Build and refine pipelines for lead nurture then close
Improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
Work closely with setters and closers to optimize booking quality

My Ideal Candidate
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (or similar platforms like ClickFunnels, HubSpot)
Deep understanding of funnels, email marketing, and CRM systems
Experience using AI tools to automate and scale business operations
Analytical mindset able to track data and optimize performance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter who can take ownership and execute without constant supervision

Bonus Skills
Experience in online coaching / fitness industry
Copywriting for emails and funnels
Webinar strategy and optimization
Basic understanding of sales psychology and high-ticket closing

Primary Goal
Build a fully automated, high-converting backend system of my SOP that
Generates and nurtures leads consistently
Identifies and prioritizes high-ticket clients
Books qualified calls directly into the sales team’s calendar
Scales revenue with minimal friction
