JOB OVERVIEW

Transaction Coordinator & Real Estate Cold Caller
Location: Remote
Type: Contractor / 1099
Pay: Based on experience & volume
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (TC + Cold Calling)

We’re hiring a high-performance Transaction Coordinator who can run the entire contract-to-close process and has real experience cold calling and converting real estate leads.

This is not a training role — we’re only looking for proven operators who can handle Florida real estate transactions and confidently communicate with clients and leads over the phone.

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of TC experience in Florida
Must have experience with SISU and Follow Up Boss (FUB)
Must have cold calling experience in real estate lead conversion
Fluent in Florida AS-IS contract process
Experience managing 15–25 transactions per month
Highly organized, systems-driven, and confident on the phone
Able to manage timelines, agents, clients, and vendors proactively

Responsibilities:
Manage full contract-to-close process for buyer and seller files

Keep SISU and FUB updated daily with smart lists, tasks, and pipelines

Coordinate with title, lender, vendors, and agents

Handle inspection timelines, escrow reminders, and contingency tracking

Call leads, clients, or vendors to follow up or confirm steps as needed

Cold call older leads for check-ins and pipeline movement

Maintain communication via text, email, and voice

Ensure broker compliance uploads are completed on time

Do not apply unless:
You know the Florida AS-IS contract start-to-finish

You’ve used SISU and Follow Up Boss professionally

You’ve made cold calls in real estate and can show results

You are a self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do

To Apply:
Please submit the following:

Your resume

Two Florida real estate references (from brokers or agents you’ve supported)

Answer this question (no AI/ChatGPT):

“Explain how you organize a transaction inside SISU — what pipeline or checklist do you use, and how do you make sure nothing is missed?”

Bonus: Include a short Loom video introducing yourself.

We’re building a high-performance team — if you’re an experienced TC who also knows how to pick up the phone and make things happen, we want to hear from you.
