We’re a junk removal company based in Massachusetts, growing fast and trying to get our operations organized. We already know how we want things to run, we just need someone who can build the systems to make it happen.
What We Need:
We’re looking for someone experienced with ClickUp and Zapier (or Make) to set up our internal workflow from text and
The setup includes:
• Building out ClickUp boards for jobs, quotes, and schedules
• Setting up automations (form submissions ,ClickUp, text message, QuickBooks or Google Sheets)
• Creating message and form templates for customer communication and daily reports
• Documenting how everything works so our VA can easily take over once it’s running
What We’re Looking For:
• Someone who’s done ClickUp + automation setups before (bonus if for a service business)
• Knows Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communicator who keeps things simple and clear
Budget:
Flat project rate $400–$800 USD depending on experience and what you can deliver
