JOB OVERVIEW

Systems Integrator
100% Remote | Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Integrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to document processes, improve workflows, and build organized systems that support daily operations and future growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys process improvement, workflow design, documentation, and creating efficient operating systems.

Responsibilities:
- Document internal processes and create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build and improve workflows for client onboarding and service delivery.
- Configure and maintain ClickUp workspaces, including templates, automations, dashboards, custom fields, and task dependencies.
- Develop systems that improve team collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Define team responsibilities and workflow handoffs.
- Create quality assurance processes and reporting procedures.
- Assist in developing operational processes for SEO and other digital marketing services.
Work with leadership to improve business operations and internal processes.

Requirements:
- Previous experience building operational systems and workflows for service-based businesses.
- Strong experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of ClickUp, including automations, templates, dashboards, custom fields, and workflow management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with the EOS Visionary/Integrator framework.
- Experience using automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Search Console, Semrush, or related digital marketing platforms.
