About us

Ready2Exit is Australia's leading SMB M&A advisory firm. We help business owners sell the companies they have spent twenty or thirty years building, and we help buyers acquire them properly. Most of the people we deal with are owner operators in trades, manufacturing and services, and for almost all of them, selling their business is the largest financial decision they will ever make.

What you will own

Building and maintaining our systems in GoHighLevel: workflows, automations, pipelines, tags, and landing pages set up from our existing templates
Setting up buy side data sourcing and outreach in GHL, including reviewing and cleaning the data before it goes in
Assembling our client deliverables from our own processes and templates, including information memorandums and buyer blueprints
Setting up and managing the secure document warehouses for live deals
Client updates and information requests, written clearly and sent on time
Our monthly newsletter: drafting it from our process, loading it into GHL, and scheduling it
The one that matters most and is not really a task: holding the single source of truth on what is in progress, what is blocked, and what is waiting on me, and putting my own loose ends back in front of me

Who I am looking for

Traits first, because I can teach the tools and I cannot teach these.

You finish things. An unfinished job genuinely bothers you.

You stay organised when the plan changes. When I reprioritise mid week, you park what you were doing cleanly, pick up the new thing, and come back to the first later without it slipping through a crack. You run a system for that. It is not luck.

You are reliable to the point that I stop checking.

You are detail obsessed, which is the trait I most need and least have myself.

You will chase me when you need something. If I said I would send you the financials and I have not, you follow up, once, plainly, and you hold the line even though I am the boss.

The skills

The anchor is GoHighLevel. You do not need to be an automation architect. You do need to genuinely know your way around workflows, automations, pipelines, tags, and landing page setup from a template. If your build experience is in a comparable platform such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap or ClickFunnels and you can pick GHL up quickly, tell me. The concepts are what count.

Beyond that:

You clean and organise data properly, and you understand why a careless import causes problems everywhere downstream
Your written English is strong enough that I can send your client emails and newsletter drafts with little or no change
You can set up folders and permissions in SharePoint or OneDrive
You understand enough about business to feed our processes good information, and to notice when something we produce does not look right
