JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced systems-focused specialist to support the development, optimisation, and maintenance of our internal workflows and automation infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of operations and technology. Ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, connecting tools, and improving how a business runs behind the scenes.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that processes across client delivery, internal coordination, and data management are structured, scalable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

*Design, build, and optimise internal workflows across multiple business functions
*Implement and manage automations between platforms (e.g. CRM, scheduling, reporting tools)
*Maintain and improve systems used for client onboarding, service delivery, and tracking
*Troubleshoot issues and ensure tools and integrations run smoothly
*Support the structure and organisation of operational data and dashboards
*Collaborate with leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
*Document processes and maintain clear system logic for internal use

Tools & Platforms

Experience with (or similar to):

*GoHighLevel (or other CRM platforms)
*Automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier)
*Project management tools (e.g. ---------- or equivalent)
*Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)
*Lead generation or outreach tools (e.g. Hot Prospector)

Requirements

*Proven experience working with business systems, automation, or operations infrastructure
*Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking
*Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
*High attention to detail and process accuracy
*Ability to quickly understand and improve existing workflows

Nice to Have

*Experience in digital agencies or service-based businesses
*Exposure to call centre or service delivery workflows
*Background in process optimisation or systems design
