Summary

Primary Responsibilities
• Board administrator on
• Provide support to tea
• Organizing and filing documents
• Managing inboxes and promptly addressing service tickets and requests
• Updating various Excel models
• Assisting with departmental reporting
• Providing support on other ad hoc duties as requested
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Finance, Math, Engineering, Accounting, etc.)
• Must have at least two years or more work experience
• Must be highly experienced with Excel, with advanced skills (macros, VBA, Power BI) a plus
• Strong and reliable internet connection
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time Zone (including Daylight Savings adjustments)
Optional Additional Skills and Experience
• Prior working experience with
• Prior real estate or private equity experience is a plus
• Prior “night shift” work is highly preferred

Compensation will be based on experience and ranges $690 USD to $1,000 USD a month. As you will be an independent contractor, all benefits, taxes, and local employment requirements are not the responsibility of this Company.
