Supporting Founder | Personal Brand + Business Operations
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing UK-based founder and CEO across both business operations and personal brand management.
This is not a task-based role. This is a right-hand support role for someone who can think ahead, move quickly, and operate with precision.
You will play a key role in helping streamline day-to-day operations, elevate the founder’s digital presence, and create more time and space for high-level decision-making.
About the Role
You will work directly with the founder, supporting across:
Personal social media management and growth
Administrative and operational support
Light marketing coordination
Inbox and calendar management
Lifestyle and personal organisation
You must be comfortable working across both personal and business contexts with discretion, speed, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Brand & Social Media Management
Manage and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Repurpose long-form content into short-form (captions, reels briefs, carousels)
Respond to DMs and comments in the founder’s tone of voice
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Stay on top of trends and proactively bring content ideas
2. Administrative & Executive Support
Manage inboxes, prioritise
Coordinate calendar, meetings, and reminders across time zones
Prepare documents, presentations, and basic reports
Support with travel planning and logistics
Maintain organised digital filing systems
3. Business Support
Assist with customer service overflow when needed
Liaise with tea
Support light research tasks (suppliers, events, partnerships)
Help prepare internal documents, trackers, and updates
Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination across teams
4. Personal Support
Assist with personal scheduling and lifestyle organisation
Manage bookings, reservations, and personal errands remotely
Help maintain structure and organisation in a busy schedule
Who This Role Is For
You are:
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
A strong communicator with excellent written English
Proactive, you do not wait to be told what to do
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Required Skills
Fluent written and spoken English (clear, professional tone)
Experience supporting a founder or senior executive (preferred)
Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana or similar
Social media management experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Basic understanding of content creation and audience engagement
Working Hours
Must be available during UK working hours (or with significant overlap)

Social media presence is consistent, elevated, and growing
Tasks are completed before they need to be chased
Communication is clear, fast, and solutions-focused
