We are currently looking for a Support & Brand Reputation Assistant-someone highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with leadership, assist in shaping our client experience, and gain exposure to VIP client interactions.
Role Details:
• Location: Remote
• Type: Full-time (Flexible hours, including possible weekends)
• Rate: $4 - $6 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Brand Reputation Head directly in daily operations and client management
• Handle outreach to dissatisfied or high-priority clients with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain, update, and organize detailed spreadsheets tracking all activities, initiatives, and client interactions
• Document and analyze processes to propose ideas for improving efficiency and client satisfaction
• Provide consistent support in communication, reporting, and record-keeping
• Gradually take on responsibilities in managing VIP client interactions and feedback
Requirements:
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with impeccable communication skills
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Empathetic mindset and a client-first attitude
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow professionally
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to evolving priorities
