Objectives of this Role:
• 100% client amazement – Customer Support experience is necessary for success
• Support of Operations Management, including Owners, Office Manager, and Operations Team via SLACK – must understand SLACK channels and post information daily
• Effective communication with clients, potential clients and potential HUNKS via CRMs
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Warmly introduce clients to our local operations via phone communication, also known as a “Welcome Call” to identify details of their service request
• Communicate with clients to confirm their appointments
• Communicate with potential clients by following up on non-booked estimates
• Follow up with clients regarding claims or changes to their service
• Manage Indeed dashboard via contacting recruits with screening questions for hiring events
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
• Sales or customer service experience is required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Google Docs/Spreadsheets, SLACK and basic CRMs.
MUST HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET AND PHONE FOR INTERNATIONAL CALLS.
MUST HAVE FAILOVER INTERNET PLAN (MOBILE HOTSPOTS, 4G BACKUP UNIT, ETC.)
