About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Support Agent to handle incoming phone calls and live chat from clients. You’ll provide quick, accurate answers, create or update tickets, and log all client interactions. Amount of chats and calls per day is around 20 chats and 15 calls.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and live chats professionally and courteously
Create/update tickets for every request; follow up until resolved
Log call/chat details, client status, and next steps in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
Excellent English (spoken & written);
Previous customer support experience by phone or chat preferred
Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
Ability to follow scripts/flows and use CRM/ticketing tools (training provided)
Stable internet, quiet work environment, and a USB headset
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a fixed 8-hour shift (ET)
Tools You’ll Use: Ticketing system, Live chat software , VoIP/softphone AND CRM (we’ll train you)
