JOB OVERVIEW

Supply Chain Manager — Inventory & Replenishment

We are not looking for someone who follows processes. We are looking for someone who makes sure products are in stock, before anyone has to ask.

The role

You own inventory flow. End to end.

You are responsible for inventory availability across all channels and our main warehouse, FBA, and LVB. You ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, and you act before stock-outs happen. This is a performance system, not a task list.

What you'll actually do

Daily operations
— Monitor stock levels across warehouse, FBA and LVB
— Track incoming shipments and delays
— Maintain full visibility of inventory at all times

Replenishment & planning
— Plan and execute replenishment to FBA and LVB
— Prioritise fast restocking of bestsellers
— Balance stock between channels

FBA shipments
— Create and manage shipments at box and pallet level
— Book and manage Amazon Freight
— Ensure smooth inbound flow

Coordination & control
— Work with warehouse and carriers to ensure correct execution
— Fix issues fast when something goes wrong
— Keep inbound and stock data clean and reliable in Airtable / Sheets

Scope

This role focuses on execution and control of inventory flow within Europe. The following are handled in a separate role and are not part of this position:

— Supplier communication in China
— Procurement / purchasing
— Long-term demand forecasting

What we expect each week

— Which SKUs are at risk of going out of stock
— Which shipments are delayed or at risk
— What actions were taken to resolve issues
— A clear plan for the week ahead

Who you are

You are proactive and fast. You think in stock and flow, not tasks. You take ownership of problems and you don't wait to be asked to fix them.

If a product goes out of stock, you own it.
