JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S. CPG company seeking a hands-on Supply & Demand Planner to manage forecasting, inventory, purchasing, and production planning across DTC, Amazon, and retail.

Responsibilities:

Build SKU-level forecasts using sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and marketing plans
Manage purchase orders, production timelines, lead times, and inventory levels
Prevent stockouts and excess inventory
Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams
Maintain weekly reporting on inventory coverage, forecast accuracy, and supply risks

Requirements:

3+ years of supply or demand planning experience, preferably with a growing CPG or ecommerce company
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, inventory systems, and overseas manufacturing
Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
