JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics Manager to coordinate our suppliers, manufacturing facility in Miami, 3PL warehouse, and Amazon shipments.
This is a hands-on position requiring excellent communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly. You will communicate regularly with partners in the United States, China, and other countries.
This is not an email-only position. You must be comfortable getting on the phone whenever necessary to resolve urgent supplier, manufacturing, inventory, or shipping issues.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our manufacturer in Miami.
- Ensure ingredients, components, and packaging arrive before scheduled production.
- Coordinate production schedules and track products through completion.
- Communicate with suppliers in China regarding product development, packaging, samples, pricing, lead times, and quality.
- Help develop practical and cost-effective product and packaging solutions.
- Source ingredients, packaging, and other materials from vendors around the world.
- Request quotations, compare suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate deliveries of ingredients and packaging to our manufacturer.
- Manage the relationship with our 3PL, including inbound shipments, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipments from the manufacturer to the 3PL and Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Create and monitor Amazon FBA shipment plans, labels, carton details, and delivery requirements.
- Resolve delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly received Amazon shipments.
- Track inventory levels, supplier lead times, production deadlines, and reorder requirements.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, purchase orders, product specifications, packaging details, and shipping documents.
- Provide regular updates to company leadership and immediately escalate important issues.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- You must be confident and professional when speaking by phone with American and international business partners.
- You must be available for scheduled calls and urgent operational matters during agreed US Eastern Time working hours.
- You must be willing to make calls—not rely only on email or chat—to resolve important issues.
- At least three years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, sourcing, or operations.
- Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, freight providers, or 3PL warehouses.
- Experience communicating with Chinese or other international suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of purchase orders, lead times, minimum order quantities, inventory, and freight.
- Strong spreadsheet and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet professional workspace, and dependable phone or online-calling capability.
Preferred experience
- Amazon Seller Central and FBA shipment experience.
- International product, ingredient, or packaging sourcing.
- Packaging development and sample coordination.
- Importing, customs, international freight, duties, and Incoterms.
- Inventory-management or ERP systems.
- Experience supporting a US-based consumer-products company.
- Experience in [your industry or product category].

- Suppliers, the manufacturer, the 3PL, and Amazon remain properly coordinated.
- Materials arrive before production deadlines.
- Production and outbound shipments are completed accurately and on time.
- Inventory shortages and unnecessary overstock are minimized.
- Problems are identified early and resolved without constant supervision.
- Leadership receives accurate and timely updates.
- Product and packaging projects move efficiently from idea to final production.
