It does not include:
• Supplier communication in China
• Procurement / purchasing
• Long-term demand forecasting
These are handled in a separate role.
What we expect
• You are proactive and fast
• You think in stock and flow, not tasks
• You take ownership of problems
• You don’t wait — you act
Weekly output
• Which SKUs are at risk of going out of stock
• What shipments are delayed or at risk
• What actions are taken to fix this
• Clear plan for next week
Important
If a product goes out of stock, you take ownership.
