About Us

We are an e-commerce fashion store focused on women’s clothing, primarily selling in Canada. We operate through Shopify and advertise via Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Our goal is to build a smooth, scalable system where orders, shipping and customer communication run efficiently and without issues.

To support this growth, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Supply Chain & Operations Manager**.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing the full order flow from **order placement to final delivery**.

Your job is to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, prevent issues before they happen, and keep all systems up to date.

You will also be responsible for monitoring product and order quality, and reporting this back clearly so we can improve and scale.

This is a long-term role with growth potential.

Responsibilities

Order & Fulfillment Monitoring

* Check Shopify daily for new orders
* Monitor fulfillment status (fulfilled / unfulfilled)
* Ensure all orders are processed correctly
* Identify and fix stuck or delayed orders

Tracking & Shipping Control

* Verify that tracking numbers are added correctly
* Ensure tracking updates are working
* Monitor delivery progress
* Flag any delays or issues early

---

Supplier Communication

* Communicate directly with suppliers
* Request updates on orders and shipping
* Follow up on delays or missing information
* Ensure suppliers meet expected timelines

---

Quality Control

* Monitor product quality based on customer feedback and returns
* Identify patterns (e.g. sizing issues, defects, delays)
* Report issues clearly and proactively
* Suggest improvements to prevent future problems
* Perform regular checks on active products

---

System & Process Control

* Keep Shopify clean and organized
* Check for errors in order flow
* Improve workflow where possible
* Make sure everything runs efficiently

---

Problem Prevention

* Detect potential issues early
* Prevent customer complaints and disputes
* Ensure customers receive correct and timely deliveries

---

Requirements

* Experience with Shopify (order management & fulfillment)
* Experience working with international suppliers (China preferred)
* Strong communication skills (English required)
* Highly detail-oriented
* Proactive mindset (you solve problems before they happen)
* Organized and structured

Nice to Have

* Experience in dropshipping or e-commerce operations
* Experience with tracking tools (Parcel Panel or similar)
* Understanding of logistics and shipping flows
