JOB OVERVIEW

Dear Applicant,
We run a fast-growing eCommerce clothing brand selling primarily to customers in the United States.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team long-term. This is a key role in our operations, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and maintaining high standards across our product flow.
There is strong growth potential for someone who consistently contributes, takes ownership, and communicates effectively.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing all communication with our suppliers while coordinating closely with our internal team to ensure operations run smoothly.
This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve problems.
This role also includes performance-based bonuses tied to results and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with suppliers regarding orders, stock, and production
Ensure out-of-stock variants (colors/sizes) are removed or updated on the website
Handle order cancellations and modifications with suppliers
Coordinate and manage returns to suppliers
Request and negotiate price deductions when applicable
Perform and oversee quality checks with suppliers
Identify and report potential issues in the supply chain before they escalate
Work closely with internal tea ---------- mbers (customer support, operations) to ensure alignment
Help improve internal processes and supply chain workflows over time

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:
Shopify (eCommerce platform)

Google Sheets / Excel (order tracking & reporting)

Applicant Requirements:
Proven experience in Supply Chain Management (this is mandatory)
Ability to clearly explain previous experience and responsibilities
Strong written and verbal English communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and solution-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Available for weekly team calls
Ready to start part-time, with transition to full-time as we grow
Not currently committed to another full-time role

Important:
This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with real, hands-on experience managing supplier communication, order flow, and operational processes.
