JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify dropshipping stores in the US fashion market.

We are looking for a high-level Shopify Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of our order flow, supplier communication, and fulfillment operations.

This is a full-time position.
This is NOT a basic VA role.
This is a high-responsibility role where you are expected to take ownership and manage critical parts of the business.

You will be directly responsible for making sure every order is fulfilled correctly, on time, and without issues.

Your Responsibilities

You will manage the full supply chain process from A to Z:

Order & Fulfillment Management
You monitor all Shopify orders daily and ensure no order stays unfulfilled beyond safe timeframes. You track fulfillment progress and identify delays early.

Issue Handling (CRITICAL)
You handle all order issues such as out of stock products, size issues, delays, address problems, RTS orders, and orders stuck in “info received”.
You act fast and prevent issues from turning into refunds or chargebacks.

Supplier Communication
You communicate daily with suppliers, send structured issue lists, and follow up until everything is resolved. You ensure suppliers meet deadlines and expectations.

Refund & Resolution Management
You handle refunds when necessary, but your goal is always to recover value first (store credit, replacements, solutions).
You follow structured processes and keep everything documented.

Inventory & Product Updates
You ensure out-of-stock products are updated correctly and prevent customer confusion on the store.

System & Sheet Management
You work inside structured tracking systems (SCM sheet, refund sheet, supplier tracking).
Accuracy and daily updates are mandatory.

Daily Reporting
At the end of each day, you report what is solved, what is pending, and where risks are.

Requirements

Experience with Shopify (REQUIRED)
Experience in e-commerce operations (REQUIRED)
Experience with dropshipping fulfillment (REQUIRED — must be hands-on)
Experience working with suppliers (REQUIRED)
Strong English communication
Ability to follow structured SOPs and systems

This is a full-time role only.
You must be fully available and committed.

You must have real, hands-on experience with dropshipping fulfillment.
