JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Shopify general fashion dropshipping brand looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take full control of our daily operations, supplier communication, and order flow. Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily orders inside Shopify, tracking shipments via ParcelPanel, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, identifying delays or tracking issues, contacting suppliers immediately if orders are not shipped, tracking numbers are invalid, parcels are stuck in customs, returned, or lost, and following up until the issue is fully resolved. You will communicate daily with suppliers (mainly China-based), request quotations for new products, negotiate pricing and shipping options, confirm stock availability, verify product details and size charts, ensure correct variants and pricing before launch, and coordinate product uploads properly. You will handle disputes, resolve fulfillment errors, fix customs issues, prevent repeated supplier mistakes, and proactively suggest improvements to reduce delivery times and improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time, long-term position requiring strong Shopify and dropshipping experience, excellent English communication skills, high attention to detail, fast response times, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
