Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (Women’s Fashion E-commerce)
Location: Remote
Language: English (spoken & written)
We’re a fast-growing women’s fashion e-commerce brand looking for a Supply Chain Manager who thrives on structure, accuracy, and clear communication. This role is crucial in ensuring that every single order is tracked, resolved, and fulfilled correctly, even when issues arise weeks later.
If you’re detail-obsessed, process-driven, and calm under complexity, this role is for you.
???? The Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for daily order tracking and issue resolution across suppliers, systems, and customer service. Many of our orders require active follow-up due to availability issues (size, color, or product availability), and your job is to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You will work primarily with:
ServicePoints (orders, suppliers, quotes, products)
Shopify
Internal tracking sheets & workflows
Customer Service team
???? Key Responsibilities
Order Monitoring & Tracking
Check daily orders one by one in Shopify and ServicePoints
Identify issues such as:
Product not available
Color not available
Size not available
Order still open after certain time
Issue Resolution & Customer Flow
When an issue is found, create a case for Customer Service
Maintain clear communication with Customer Service while they contact the customer
Track customer responses, even if they come weeks later
Once a solution is confirmed (e.g. new color or size):
Create a new Shopify order with correct customer details and preferences
Workflow & Process Management
Build and maintain personal workflows, sheets, and tracking systems
Use triggers, statuses, and notes to avoid confusion across multiple open cases
Ensure no order is missed, delayed, or mishandled
Continuously improve processes for clarity and scalability
Communication
Work closely with Customer Service
Keep communication structured, documented, and timely
Flag recurring supply issues proactively
???? What We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
Has experience in supply chain, order management, or operations (e-commerce preferred)
Is extremely detail-oriented and organised
Is comfortable working with:
Order management systems (like ServicePoints or similar)
Shopify
Spreadsheets & workflow tracking
Understands how easily orders can get lost without structure—and actively prevents that
Can manage many open cases at once without losing overview
Communicates clearly and professionally in English
Works independently and takes ownership
???? What We Offer
A key operational role in a growing women’s fashion brand
Remote working environment
A role with real responsibility and impact
Opportunity to build and optimise systems, not just follow them
Long-term collaboration if performance is strong
???? How to Apply
Please send:
A short motivation
Your experience with supply chain, order management, or e-commerce operations
Examples of how you stay organised when handling many cases at once
We’re looking for someone who sees complexity not as chaos—but as something to structure and master.
