SUPPLY CHAIN & FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST – ECOMMERCE DROPSHIPPING (REMOTE)
Remote | Part-Time | 4–6 Hours Per Day | 7 Days a Week

ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing ecommerce business operating in the dropshipping space. Behind every customer order is a supply chain that needs to run without errors. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of that process.

This is not a passive role. You will be working directly with suppliers, managing open order issues across multiple stores, and making sure every order reaches its customer — or gets resolved cleanly if it does not.

You will be supported with SOPs, structured sheets, email templates, and Loom walkthroughs from day one.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage open orders across multiple Shopify stores daily
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve fulfillment issues (out of stock, delays, address errors, returns)
- Handle customer communication for order issues following a structured email cycle
- Process and verify refunds accurately and on time
- Track stock availability with suppliers and coordinate when items need to be relisted
- Request price deductions and quality checks for high-performing products
- Maintain daily logs and tracking sheets for all open issues
- Send a clear End of Day report covering open issues, actions taken, and refunds processed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in supply chain or order management in a dropshipping business
- Able to manage multiple concurrent issues across multiple stores without losing track
- Takes initiative and resolves issues without waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and following detailed SOPs
- Clear written English for supplier and customer communication
- Available for occasional alignment calls during working hours

MUST-HAVES
- At least 1 year of direct dropshipping supply chain or order management experience
- Experience handling supplier communication and fulfillment tracking
- Strong written English
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement

NICE-TO-HAVES

- Experience with Shopify order management
- Familiarity with parcel tracking tools
- Understanding of refund processes and chargeback prevention
- Experience coordinating with CS or dispute teams
