About the Role
Ranch Winery & Brewery is looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to own the full flow of product across our winery, brewery, and distribution business. This is an end-to-end role covering forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing, supplier relationships, and logistics for both our in-house brews and our 3rd-party brewing partners. You'll be the person who makes sure our tasting rooms and the retail stores we supply across Texas are always properly stocked and every shipment lands on time.
What You'll Do
Forecast demand across wine, in-house brews, and 3rd-party brewed product to keep inventory aligned with sales and event calendars
Own inventory planning and replenishment for all Fredericksburg locations, production, and statewide retail distribution accounts
Manage purchasing and procurement, from raw materials and packaging to finished goods from co-pack and 3rd-party brewing partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brewing partners, and logistics providers, negotiating terms and resolving issues
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time delivery to retail partners across Texas and on-time receipt of supplies
Monitor stock levels across all locations to prevent stockouts and overstock, and manage transfers between sites as needed
Track key metrics (fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turns) and report on supply chain performance
Partner with sales, production, and tasting room teams to align supply with growth and seasonal demand
Identify and implement process improvements across planning, purchasing, and distribution
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, or logistics, ideally in beverage, food, or CPG distribution
Track record of managing end-to-end supply chain functions, not just one piece of the puzzle
Experience working with 3rd-party manufacturers/co-packers and managing supplier relationships
Strong forecasting and inventory planning skills, with comfort in spreadsheets and inventory/ERP systems
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple suppliers, locations, and delivery schedules
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with production, sales, and retail partners
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities shift with the season and events calendar
