Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst (Amazon & Wholesale)
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week (7am to 3:30pm Central Time Zone USA)
Company: Confidential
About the Company:
Our company is a fast-growing brand with a diverse product portfolio sold across Amazon, wholesale accounts, and other online marketplaces. We pride ourselves on bringing high-quality and trend-driven products to market quickly and efficiently. As we expand, we’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional to optimize our supply chain and help us scale smarter.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst who will be the bridge between sales performance data and operational execution. This role will focus on analyzing multi-channel sales, determining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring the right products are placed in the right channels (Amazon FBA, Amazon AWD, and wholesale distribution).
The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and has experience with Amazon logistics. This role is critical in ensuring Desert Cactus maintains healthy inventory positions, avoids stockouts, minimizes costs, and maximizes sales opportunities.
We offer 13th month pay, paid Phillpines holidays, as well as paid time off for sick or vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data from Amazon, wholesale, and other seller accounts to forecast demand and identify trends.
- Determine optimal inventory levels across multiple channels.
- Develop strategies for product placement in Amazon FBA vs. Amazon AWD to minimize fees and maximize efficiency.
- Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor SKU performance and provide actionable recommendations on restocks, product phase-outs, and channel allocation.
- Create dashboards and reports to track sales, inventory health, and supply chain KPIs.
- Work closely with leadership to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or data analysis (Amazon experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA replenishment, and ideally AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to make a direct impact at a growing, entrepreneurial company.
- Collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- Growth potential as the company expands across new markets and product categories.
- Weekly Pay
- Paid time off (list of Philippines holidays)
- Vacation/sick time off
- 13th month pay
