About Us
Hakkawise is a multi-brand consumer goods group. We acquire and grow a portfolio of consumer brands that sell across E-Commerce and B2B wholesale. Inventory is the lifeblood of the business — getting the right stock, in the right place, at the right time.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to work on day-to-day inventory management, forecasting, orders and supplier coordination across our brands. You'll turn sales data into reliable stock forecasts, keep suppliers on track, and build the tools that give the wider team a clear, live picture of our supply chain. This is a hands-on, analytical role.
What You'll Do
• Monitor inventory sell-through: across brands and sales channels (Amazon FBA, D2C, wholesale), spotting risks of stockouts and overstock early.
• Forecast stock requirements: translating demand trends, seasonality, and lead times into clear replenishment plans.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers: on lead times, capacity, timings, and issue resolution and building strong, reliable relationships.
• Raise and manage purchase orders: tracking them from placement through to delivery and reconciliation.
• Own and manage supply chain data: keeping records accurate, consistent, and decision-ready.
• Build and maintain tracking spreadsheets and tools: that make inventory position, coverage, and reorder points visible to the team.
What We're Looking For
• Strong analytical skills and genuine comfort working with data - Excel/Google Sheets fluency is essential (formulas, pivot tables; lookups a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail; you catch the errors others miss and take pride in numbers that reconcile.
• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple brands, suppliers, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Clear, confident communicator - comfortable dealing with suppliers directly.
• Proactive and self-directed; you flag problems before they become fires.
• 1–3 years' experience in supply chain, inventory, operations, or a related analytical role.
Nice to Have
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central / FBA inventory management.
• Exposure to inventory or ERP systems, and to demand forecasting.
Why Join
We care about our team and are invested in their long term growth. We will give you training and the chance to build supply chain infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-moving, multi-brand business.
