JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there!
We’re looking for a Supplier Chain Manager / Customer Support Representative to join our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping store.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the UK currently processing around 50 orders per day.
We’re building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.

? What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or dropshipping (ideally for a store doing $100K+ in monthly revenue).
• Minimum $5K+ earned on the platform (we want to see you’ve done serious work before).
• Comfortable working with Gmail / G Suite inbox management.
• Strong written English communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional.
• Detail-oriented and consistent with tone and accuracy.
• Availability to work in the UK timezone.
