We are seeking a skilled BDR / SDR / Lead Gen Appointment Setter Expert who can manage outbound prospecting, list building, multi-channel outreach, and appointment setting for our sales initiatives.
This role requires strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to execute consistent, high-volume prospecting activities. You will support the growth of the company by generating qualified pipeline and booking sales meetings.
You will work closely with leadership and collaborate daily with a high-performing remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Knowledge & Insight Development
* Develop a deep understanding of our niche industry, services, offerings, and customer profiles
* Stay informed on trends, competitor activities, and market needs
* Apply insights to improve lead quality and outreach results
Lead Research & List Building
* Build targeted prospect lists based on defined market segments
* Research prospect information using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, directories, search engines, and
* Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and organized in spreadsheets and CRM systems
* Continuously expand, update, and refine lead databases
Multi-Channel Outreach Execution
* Perform outbound outreach across:
*
* SMS
* Phone / cold calling
* Direct messaging (LinkedIn, social platforms, internal channels)
* Test, refine, and optimize messaging based on response data
* Maintain outreach metrics and daily activity targets
Appointment Setting & Pipeline Generation
* Convert outbound and inbound leads into booked appointments
* Set qualified sales meetings for the Sales Director or Account Executive
* Manage calendars, time zones, availability windows, and follow-up reminders
* Reduce no-show rates through proactive communication
* Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and engage prospects professionally
?Sales Call Participation & Follow-Up
* Attend demos and sales calls when needed
* Capture notes, insights, and next steps
* Support the sales process with organized follow-ups and clear handoffs
?Collaboration & Team Communication
* Coordinate daily with leadership and marketing teams
* Share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and industry insights
* Participate in weekly meetings, strategy sessions, and skill development
* Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and outreach strategy
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or outbound sales assistant
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills
* Experience with lead research tools (Apollo, LinkedIn,
* Comfortable with cold calling and multi-channel outreach
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Ability to follow structured workflows and hit daily/weekly KPIs
* Strong internet connection and professional remote work setup
* Ability to work US hours or partial overlap
Preferred But Not Required
* Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or agency environments
* CRM experience
