The Pay: This is built for earners. While there is a weekly retainer, the real money is in the $75 per subscriber conversion. If you can close, you will make more here in 10 hours than most make in 40.

The Autonomy: No rigid scripts. You need to be smart enough to handle objections on the fly and "vibe" with blue-collar owners.

Compensation Structure (The "Hustler" Model)
$100/Week Retainer: Paid for meeting baseline outreach volume.

$15 Per Qualified Trial: Every time a user runs an AI estimate.

$75 Per Paid Conversion: When that trial turns into a monthly subscriber.
