Bali Brides | Bali Based Wedding Planning Company

About Us
We’re a fast-growing Bali-based wedding company managing 80–100 weddings per year, with plans to scale to 150+ by 2027.
This is a brand new role designed to support our planning team across the creative and admin side of wedding styling. We’re not just filling a gap, we’re building a team for the long term.

?? Read This First-This Role Isn’t for Everyone
This role is for self-starters only.
Your onboarding will be self-guided through training modules and Loom walkthroughs over your first 4 weeks. After that, you’ll be expected to manage your workload independently.
If you need daily check-ins, constant direction, or someone to manage your time, this is not the right fit.

What You’ll Do
Create mood boards and styling concepts from planner briefs (Canva/ google presentations or similar tools)
Liaise with florists, furniture, lighting and décor suppliers to source and compare quotes
Translate client vision into clear, actionable supplier briefs
Coordinate stationery selections, proofing, and approvals with our in-house team and clients
Keep styling documents updated and support the run sheet team as event day approaches

Who We’re Looking For
Experience in wedding styling, event coordination, or admin-heavy roles
Strong written and verbal English (client-facing communication is key)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
Able to manage multiple weddings at different stages simultaneously
Self-directed, reliable, and proactive

Bonus skills:

Canva / Google Slides / Photoshop
AI image tools or mood board creation
Strong visual eye for styling and asthetics

The Role
Full-time from day one 9am-5pm Monday - Friday - Flexible
3-month paid training and onboarding probation period
Remote optional, with fortnightly planner check-ins (counted as work hours)

During off-season (Nov–Feb), the role shifts into:
Lookbook creation
Trend research
Marketing support
Managing our Etsy store

Salary & Growth
USD $600-$1000 month, negotiable depending on experience, skill level, and speed
