JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Structural Engineer with 2+ years of experience and strong Revit expertise to support ongoing and upcoming projects at JLA Design. This role focuses on structural design, documentation, and coordination with a team of engineers and PMs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural and structural designs for residential and light commercial projects
Produce construction documents and models using Revit
Coordinate closely with the team
Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance
Assist with revisions and respond to project feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
Proficiency in Revit required
Understanding of U.S. building codes and standards
Experience with wood framing and residential structures
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Salary
Up to $10/hour, based on qualifications.
