About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time position for an engineer with a strong background in building structural analysis and design. The ideal candidate is capable of solving engineering problems, performing structural calculations, and designing safe and efficient structural systems.

Please note: This is not a drafting or BIM modeling role. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to Revit or AutoCAD drafting without structural engineering and design experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design for building projects.
Develop structural solutions for steel, concrete, and wood-framed structures.
Perform engineering calculations and hand calculations to validate designs.
Prepare and review structural models using industry-standard engineering software.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs meet applicable codes and project requirements.
Review and resolve engineering challenges throughout the design process.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
Proven experience in building structural analysis and structural design.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building codes.
Experience designing one or more of the following:
Steel structures
Reinforced concrete structures
Wood structures

Proficiency in one or more of the following structural engineering software:
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
RAM Structural System
RISA

Ability to perform engineering hand calculations.
Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Revit.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Experience with additional structural engineering software is an advantage.
