JOB OVERVIEW

Streetwear Video Editor & Content Creator (Fashion / Apparel)

We're launching Avanti Serra, a premium streetwear label inspired by the philosophy of fencing. Precision. Discipline. Restraint. Forward movement.

We're looking for a video editor and content creator who understands fashion culture, premium streetwear, and visual storytelling. This is not a role for someone who only edits trending TikToks with flashy transitions. We want someone with an eye for composition, pacing, typography, and mood.

Our first 6 to 9 pieces of content will define how the brand is introduced to the world before a single product is pushed.

The content should evolve naturally:

• Brand philosophy and attitude

• Editorial mood and visual references

• Material, craftsmanship, and product details

• Lifestyle and product in context

Think less "ad." Think more campaign film, fashion editorial, and brand world.

Reference brands include Stone Island, Palace, Aimé Leon Dore, Cole Buxton, OVO, Arc'teryx Veilance, and Norse Projects.

Responsibilities

• Edit cinematic short form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

• Create carousel posts that tell a story instead of dumping photos.

• Incorporate subtle motion graphics and typography where they strengthen the message.

• Help establish a consistent visual language across all launch content.

• Deliver roughly 2 to 3 pieces of content per week once production is underway.

You are a strong fit if you:

• Have experience editing for fashion, streetwear, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

• Understand pacing, rhythm, and restraint.

• Know how to make clothing feel desirable without relying on trends.

• Have a portfolio featuring apparel, fashion campaigns, editorial work, or premium consumer brands.

• Appreciate minimal, intentional design.

• Your portfolio. Fashion or streetwear work should be front and center.

• Three projects you believe best represent your style.

• A short explanation of why those projects fit Avanti Serra.

• Your rate per video or your preferred pricing structure.

We will provide all photography, video assets, brand guidelines, creative direction, and visual references.

We're building a long term creative relationship, not looking for someone who applies to every editing job posted online. There are plenty of those already. Humanity seems determined to mass produce interchangeable portfolios. We'd rather find the person who notices details everyone else ignores.
