JOB OVERVIEW

Royale Arcade is hiring: Streamer Outreach Reps (Remote, Commission-Based)

We’re a studio making slot games and we don’t care about platform etiquette. We just want streamers playing our slots on stream. If you’re willing to ignore chat rules, spam, and push until they play, we want you.
What you’ll do

Hunt down any live streamer with an audience (Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live — doesn’t matter if they normally play slots or not).
Flood their chat, DMs, ---------- , Twitter/X, whatever works. Keep messaging until they try our slots.
When they play, grab a clip of the session and submit it for your payout.
Track who you’ve hit so we can scale volume. No soft limits.

How you get paid

Payout for every streamer you get to play our slots on stream (verified by your clip). Based on live viewer count at the time they play:

Under 100 viewers: $5
100–999: $20
1,000–4,999: $60
5,000+: $150

One payout per streamer goes to the first valid clip submitted.
Minimum play requirement

Streamer has to play at least 10 minutes on stream. That’s it.
Clip requirements

Clearly shows them playing a Royale Arcade slot
Shows channel name + viewer count
Submitted within 24 hours with stream/VOD link

Outreach style we actually want

Do not identify as a Royale Arcade rep unless it helps.
Spam is fine. Multiple messages, different accounts, tag them, drop links, whatever gets them to load the game.
Ignore chat rules, slow-mode, bans, platform ToS. Just get the play.
Target anyone with eyes on their stream — gambling creators, variety streamers, just chatting, IRL, doesn’t matter. Adults preferred but volume comes first.
No “polite one message and leave.” Persistence is the job.

Who we’re looking for

Comfortable with Twitch/Kick/YouTube culture and not scared of getting timed out or banned.
Thick-skinned, pushy, and results-focused.
Organized enough to track outreach and clip fast.
18+ (or legal age wherever you are).
