We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to help secure high-value clients interested in hosting large-scale experiences and full-ship charters with Virgin Voyages.
This is a performance-driven role focused on building relationships with decision-makers capable of executing multi-million dollar events and experiences.

Corporate groups
Community leaders
Conduct outreach via:
Email
LinkedIn
Social media
Initiate conversations and build relationships with decision-makers
Qualify prospects based on:
Budget
Audience size
Event potential
Book meetings with serious, qualified prospects
Maintain organized tracking of outreach and conversations

Send 50–100 targeted outreach
Research 20–40 new qualified prospects daily
Generate consistent conversations with decision-makers
Book qualified calls with high-value prospects
???? Compensation
Monthly base salary: $400–$700
Performance bonus: $3,000–$5,000 per signed charter contract
? Ideal Candidate
Strong written English
Experience in outreach, partnerships, or B2B lead generation
Highly organized and self-motivated
Skilled in research and identifying high-value opportunities
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
