We are looking for a Direct Response Static & Video Ads Editor who understands how to create high-performing creatives for paid media campaigns.
This role goes beyond traditional design. You will work closely with the media buying team to develop static and video ads designed to drive leads, improve conversion rates, and scale profitable campaigns across platforms such as Meta and other paid channels.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced Pay Per Lead environment where creatives are constantly tested, improved, and iterated based on campaign data.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing direct response or performance marketing creatives.
- Proven experience creating paid social ad creatives for lead generation campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing static ads and short-form videos designed for B2C lead generation ads.
- Strong understanding of how creatives impact ad performance in paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with creative metrics such as CTR, hook rate, engagement, and conversion rate.
- Ability to design creatives that align with direct response marketing principles.
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks used in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Research
- Analyze competitor advertising across platforms to identify winning creative patterns.
- Research industry trends, hooks, messaging angles, and formats that drive engagement and conversions.
- Work with the media buying team to develop creative strategies designed to increaseCTR, CVR, and reduce CPL.
- Generate new creative concepts based on campaign data and market trends.
Ad Creative Concept Development
- Familiar with direct response copywriting.
- Develop multiple creative angles and hooks for each campaign.
- Translate marketing offers into clear, engaging visual narratives designed to generate leads.
Creative Development (Video & Static)
- Design high-performing static ad creatives optimized for
- Edit short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) for lead generation campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, animated elements, and visual storytelling that drive quality CTR.
- Edit UGC footage, stock footage, and internal assets into compelling ad creatives.
Creative Testing & Iteration
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from the media buying team.
- Refresh and scale winning creatives by producing new variations and iterations.
- Leverage AI to maximise creative outputs at scale.
Performance Optimisation
- Work closely with the media buying team to understand which creatives are driving results.
- Identify patterns in high-performing ads and replicate scalable frameworks.
- Continuously improve creatives to increase click-through rate, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Workflow & Asset Management
- Maintain organized creative assets and project files.
- Deliver creatives in the correct formats and specifications for each advertising platform.
- Work within a structured creative pipeline producing multiple ads weekly.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Editing Tools like:
